Company is organized through the tree divisions:The external programme combines activities oriented mainly at markets outside Velenje Coal Mine. There are innovative, developmental oriented programmes that are based on constant searching for new business opportunities, ideas, and challenges, which strategically ensure the future of the firm towards a responsible growth and progress. SPV programmes are an important part of the HTZ firm as they are designed for qualifying, education and employment of disabled persons. A diversity of programmes enables a variety of workplaces, educations, retraining of individuals, and assures a successful function of division. In the field of mining programme the HTZ provides entirely its biggest customer- the Velenje Coal Mine. The Coal Mine, with its successful more than 130 year-old tradition of mining extraction and as one of the most technologically up-to-date coalmines in Europe, is an evidence of professionalism and yearlong experience of the HTZ firm. | ||
